ACG Announces Its 2026–2027 Board of Directors
SingerLewak’s Suzie Doran steps into the role of board chair as four new members join the ACG headquarters board
At its annual DealMAX conference, held April 27–29 in Las Vegas, ACG marked the beginning of a new chapter in its leadership, welcoming a new board chair and adding four new directors to its headquarters board.

Suzie Doran, a partner at SingerLewak LLP, has begun her term as chair of the ACG board, succeeding Aaron Polack, partner and head of business development for Lion Equity Partners. Polack now serves as immediate past chair after leading the ACG HQ board for the 2025–2026 term.
Based in Los Angeles, Doran has extensive experience advising public and private companies in a diverse range of industries, as well as transactional expertise in initial public offerings, secondary offerings, corporate restructurings, and mergers and acquisitions. She also brings deep experience serving on executive committees and advisory boards, including for ACG’s Los Angeles chapter.
Doran first became a member of ACG in 2004 and joined the ACG HQ board in 2021. Now, as board chair, she will help guide ACG’s strategic priorities and continue to strengthen its role as a leading community for middle-market dealmakers.
“Suzie’s breadth of experience and long-standing involvement with ACG make her exceptionally well-suited to serve as board chair,” said Brent Baxter, CEO of ACG. “She has made a meaningful impact at both the chapter and headquarters levels already, and I look forward to working with her as we continue to expand ACG’s reach and deliver greater value to our members.”
