Brightstar Closes Wood Product Manufacturer Investment
Private equity firm Brightstar Capital Partners revealed via press release that it has closed its investment in WindsorONE, a wood product manufacturer, first announced in July. WindsorONE’s CEO Craig Flynn will continue to lead the business. In a statement, Brightstar partner Roger Bullock said that now that the investment is complete, the firm is “looking forward to rolling up our sleeves and working closely with Craig and the rest of the WIndsoreONE management team to continue growing this exceptional company.”
Crestview’s Convergix Acquires Life Sciences Automation Business
Crestview Partners, a private equity firm that targets the middle market, has announced that its portfolio company Convergix Automation Solutions has acquired AGR Automation, an automation integration service provider that specializes in the life sciences industry. The investment follows previous automation solutions acquisitions made by Convergix, which include JMP Solutions and Classic Design. In a press release Convergix and Crestview noted that they aim to “build Convergix into a diversified automation solutions provider” with a particular focus on global systems integration and connectivity segments. Based in the U.K., AGR marks Convergix’s entrance into Europe and supports its global expansion initiatives, the announcement noted.
Trilantic’s Outdoor Living Supply Invests in Stone Garden
Outdoor Living Supply, a distribution platform for outdoor living products launched by Trilantic North America in late-2020, announced its latest acquisition, in Stone Garden. According to a press release, the investment allows Outdoor Living Supply, which focuses on hardscapes products, to expand in the Carolinas and the broader coastal markets. Stone Garden’s founder Nina Brown will remain in her leadership position, the announcement noted.
