One Equity to Acquire BARTEC. One Equity Partners, a middle-market private equity firm, has signed an agreement to acquire BARTEC, an explosion protection and safety technology solution provider. The Germany-based company was acquired by Bridgepoint Credit and Alcentra, which acquired the company in 2019.

CapVest to Acquire STADA from Bain, Cinven. CapVest Partners has reached an agreement to acquire a majority stake in STADA, a healthcare and pharmaceuticals business based in Germany. The firm will acquire the stake from Bain Capital and Cinven, which will each retain a minority stake in the company.

Advent Acquires Automic Group. Private equity firm Advent announced this week its acquisition of Automic Group, an Australia-based technology company servicing financial market infrastructure. The company operates in both Australia and New Zealand.

HPC, Temasek Acquire Nuveen Private Capital. Hunter Point Capital, an independent investment firm, and Temasek, a global investment company, have signed on to each acquire minority stakes in Nuveen Private Capital. Temasek will provide long-term capital commitments to the Nuveen Private Capital platform.

Verde Equity Acquires English Garden Care. Verde Equity Partners, a commercial property services-focused private equity firm, has acquired English Garden Care. The company provides landscaping and garden management services in Sacramento.

Transom’s Ampure Acquires Power Designers. Ampure Charging Systems, a vehicle charging technology solution provider backed by Transom Capital, has acquired Power Designers Sibex. Power Designers manufactures industrial charging products and will enhance Ampure’s industrial charging brand PosiCharge.

Unity Partners’ Tropolis Acquires Eight Insurance Agencies. Tropolis Insurance Services, an insurance brokerage sponsored by Unity Partners, announced the acquisition of eight insurance brokerages. The investments span Michigan, Texas and Louisiana.

Marlin-Backed Qodea Acquires TIQQE. Qodea, a technology group based in London backed by Marlin Equity Partners, has reached an agreement to acquire TIQQE. The company, based in Sweden, is a cloud technology consulting firm and expands Qodea’s European client base across the Nordic region.

ORIX Acquires Hilco Global. ORIX Corporation, a financial services firm specializing in private credit and private equity solutions for the middle market, has acquired a majority stake in Hilco Global. Hilco, which will operate as an ORIX subsidiary, is a financial services company providing professional services and capital solutions.

Exits

Aon Exits NFP Wealth Business to Madison Dearborn. Publicly listed Aon, a professional services firm, announced this week it reached an agreement to sell a majority stake in NFP’s wealth business, Wealth Advisors, Fiducient Advisors, Newport Private Wealth and related platforms. Private equity firm Madison Dearborn Partners will acquire the assets and take them private.

ACG Detroit Elects Mark Winter as Newest President. ACG Detroit announced that Mark Winter has been elected as president of its 400-member chapter. Winter is the founder of Identity and brings more than 25 years of entrepreneurial experience to the role. Winter’s term began Sept. 1, 2025, and he succeeds Danielle Bass. ACG Detroit also welcomed three new board members: Amy Whipple, BDO, as Women’s Forum chair; Jeff Wyatt, DWH, as DEI chair; and Cal Coffman, Lockton.

SRS Acquiom Launches M&A Payments Solution in U.K. M&A solutions platform provider SRS Acquiom has launched its M&A payments administration and escrow services in the U.K., according to a press release. The launch follows approval by the U.K. Financial Conduct Authority for the company to provide payment services.
