H.I.G. Acquires International Aerospace Coatings. H.I.G. Capital announced this week its completed acquisition of International Aerospace Coatings (IAC). The company, based in California and Ireland, provides aircraft painting solutions for original equipment manufacturers.

Kinderhook Takes Enhabit Private. Middle-market private equity firm Kinderhook Industries has completed a take-private acquisition of Enhabit. The company, which was acquired for $13.80 per share, is a home health and hospice care provider.

Wynnchurch’s EMS Acquires American Metals Supply. Wynnchurch Capital-backed EMS, an aluminum products distributor, has acquired American Metals Supply (AMS). The company is also an aluminum products distributor and serves the patio and industrial end markets, augmenting EMS’s existing customer base of industrial, commercial, residential, and marine end markets.

Yellow Wood’s Scholl’s Wellness Acquires VKTRY. Yellow Wood Partners portfolio company Scholl’s Wellness Company, the parent company of the Dr. Scholl’s brand, has acquired VKTRY. The brand provides performance insole products for athletes.

Thompson Street’s PestCo Acquires University Termite. PestCo, a national provider of pest control services, has acquired University Termite & Pest Control. PestCo is backed by Thompson Street Capital Partners.

Marlin Equity’s Learning Pool Acquires Confirm HR. Marlin Equity Partners announced this week that portfolio company Learning Pool has acquired Confirm HR. The company is an AI-powered performance management platform for enhanced performance measurement.

NTT DATA Acquires WinWire for AI Adoption. NTT DATA, an AI, digital business, and IT services company, announced this week that it reached an agreement to acquire WinWire. The company is a Microsoft partner specializing in agentic AI as well as data engineering, cloud-native development, and AI on the Azure cloud platform. The investment strengthens NTT DATA’s AI adoption capabilities for its enterprise clients.

Chord Energy Joins Olive Tree in Backing MaverickX. MaverickX, a technology company developing chemistry and enzymatic solutions to decarbonize and modernize resource extraction, has received strategic capital from Chord Energy, an exploration and production company. Chord is evaluating MaverickX’s PetroX Boost solution to increase hydrocarbon recovery. MaverickX is already backed by Olive Tree Capital, which reinvested in the business as well.

Citi, HPS Debut Private Credit Program in Europe. Citigroup and BlackRock’s HPS Investment Partners are launching a private credit program for corporate and sponsored business borrowers across Europe, a press release said this week. The program will provide €15 billion (about $17.5 billion) in financing in its initial five-year phase.

David Capital Group Launches to Pursue Israeli PE Investments. David Group Capital Management has announced its official launch this week. The private equity firm, founded by Stella Cohen, will focus on investing in and scaling mature Israeli and Israel-related companies, according to a press release.
