ACG All Around: Recapping Spring 2026 Chapter Events
An on-the-ground review of recent ACG chapter events from February through April, 2026

ACG Atlanta | M&A South 2026
Feb. 2-4, 2026
M&A South 2026 presented the opportunity for intermediaries, corporate development officers, accountants, lawyers, senior lenders, and other dealmakers to meet-and-greet with top private equity and mezzanine capital providers.
The keynote from Rashaun L. Williams, founder and chief investment officer of Harbinger Sports Partners, was a fantastic story shared with attendees, highlighting his humble beginnings to his time as a Guest Shark on the hit TV show Shark Tank.
With over 1200 attendees, M&A South further solidified itself as the premier M&A event in the south. ACG Atlanta is excited to take this momentum into 2027 as they celebrate the 25th anniversary for the event.
Next year’s M&A South will be held February 1-3. Registration will open in the early fall.
ACG Denver | Rocky Mountain Corporate Growth Conference

Feb. 9-10, 2026
The 2026 Rocky Mountain Corporate Growth Conference (RMCGC) brought together middle-market dealmakers, operators, and capital providers from across the region for a full day of insights, networking, and thought leadership.
Signature offerings of the conference included the keynote luncheon sponsored by Plante Moran and featuring Lyndon Richardson of Whataburger, as well as an ACG Women’s Network Luncheon with Alecia Huck sponsored by Comerica Bank. Our private equity and investment banking attendees were once again treated to a special reception in Peaks Lounge, hosted by CBIZ.
RMCGC 2026 welcomed approximately 600 attendees, with 189 capital providers, 138 M&A partners, and 61 corporate executives. We hosted 62 IB tables in DealSource with 1,983 confirmed meetings via ACG Access. This year, we integrated a YP (Young Professionals) Network and volunteer element, where 83 Kynd Cards were written by attendees to Special Olympics Colorado athletes, in line with this year’s conference theme of celebrating the Winter Olympics. Even the Denver Bronco’s mascot, Miles, knew this was the place to be and surprised attendees signing posters and posing for pictures.
Next year’s RMCGC will be held Feb. 17-18 at the Hyatt Regence at the Colorado Convention Center followed by the Post-Conference Ski & Mountain Activity Outing at Keystone Ski Resort on February 19.

ACG Silicon Valley | M&A Tech Connect

Tech Connect is where innovation meets dealmaking. This one-day event brings together leading C-suite executives, investors, and founders shaping the future of technology and M&A.
In its second year, M&A Tech Connect welcomed about 300 attendees and featured a live podcast with Silicon Zombies, and a fireside chat on steering growth in a changing economic landscape with California State Controller Malia Cohen in conversation with ACG CEO Brent Baxter.
Also included was a DealSource and a VentureSource Startup Showcase offering a unique opportunity for early-stage and high-growth startups to showcase their innovation in front of Silicon Valley’s most influential executives, investors, and dealmakers. ACG Dallas/Fort Worth, ACG Austin/San Antonio, and ACG Houston | Texas ACG Capital Connection
March 4-5, 2026
This annual event, co-hosted by the Dallas, Austin/San Antonio, and Houston chapters, brought together 1,268 M&A professionals for two high-impact days of networking and dealmaking at The Star in Frisco.
This year marked a record-breaking milestone for attendance, sponsorship, and participation from investment banks and private equity groups—all hosted at a new venue. Engagement was strong across the board, highlighted by an impressive 5,555 confirmed meetings scheduled through ACG Access.
The Chairman’s Reception set the tone for the event, featuring exceptional food and drinks, meaningful reconnections, and a palpable energy that carried across the Dallas Cowboys practice field. The panel luncheon reached full capacity with 500 attendees, offering valuable insights from private equity leaders, including Gemma Descoteaux (Past ACG DFW President), Ansley Carlile (Mark Cuban Companies), and Cody Rader (Blue Star Innovations).
The remainder of the conference was defined by dynamic connection, collaboration, and dealmaking on the field, with participation from 68 investment banks, 149 private equity firms, and 60 sponsor exhibits.

ACG San Diego | CapConn26
March 9–10, 2026
ACG San Diego CapConn26 brought together leading middle-market dealmakers, investors, and executives for two days of high-impact networking and thought leadership in the heart of San Diego.
The conference featured dynamic keynote speakers like Tom Penn, curated one-on-one meetings, and industry panels focused on emerging trends, capital markets, and deal flow strategies. With a record-breaking number of investment banks in attendance and expanded programming from prior years, CapConn26 reinforced its position as a premier West Coast event for driving meaningful business connections. Attendees highlighted the elevated experience, strong sponsor presence, and the caliber of conversations as standout elements of this year’s event.
CapConn26 continues to be a cornerstone event for ACG San Diego, fostering long-term relationships and delivering measurable value to members, sponsors, and the broader dealmaking community.
Next year’s CapConn will be held March 10-11 in San Diego.

ACG National Capital | ACG Next Conference
March 10, 2026
The 2026 ACG Next Conference convened a record-breaking 480 attendees from across industry, government, and the investment community to explore the rise of “Agentic Everything” and the growing role of autonomous, AI-driven systems in national security and defense.
Featuring a dynamic lineup of speakers—including General Stanley McChrystal, Richard Danzig, and Joel B. Predd—the event examined how agentic technologies are reshaping decision-making, cybersecurity, and battlefield operations. Sessions spanned critical topics such as AI-enabled command and control, defense tech commercialization, and the evolving M&A and capital markets landscape. The event concluded with a highly attended networking reception, reinforcing ACG’s role in fostering meaningful connections across the national security innovation ecosystem.

ACG Utah | Intermountain DealSource Summit
March 11–13, 2026
The Intermountain DealSource Summit is the ultimate gathering for investors, business leaders, and industry experts seeking to shape the future of the Utah market.
This year’s DealSource event demonstrated significant growth and impact. Total attendance swelled to 325 individuals, marking an impressive 8% increase from 2025. ACG Access proved increasingly valuable, facilitating 500 scheduled meetings—a 25% jump in meeting volume from last year. Our reach extended across 32 ACG chapters, reinforcing the event‘s national draw. The core attendee composition included 77 lenders, 52 advisory professionals, and 49 private equity individuals. Crucially, the increased presence of bankers was a positive shift, with PE and private credit attendees reporting they had “too much to fill their schedule.”
Next year’s Intermountain DealSource will be held March 8-10 in Park City, Utah.

ACG Atlanta | Putting Social 2026
April 9, 2026
ACG Atlanta was excited to host the 2026 ACG Atlanta Putting Social. Players took part in a unique putting contest complete with prizes straight from Augusta National Golf Club, and patrons watched the competition while building impactful connections with other M&A professionals.
At the conclusion of the competition, all attendees were able to watch the Masters Tournament coverage from the clubhouse patio while continuing to mix and mingle. This annual tradition unlike any other is one of the best ways to kick off a Georgia staple, the Masters weekend, and invites anyone interested to join us in 2027 for another great time on the course!
Next year’s Putting Social will be tentatively held April 8, 2027.

ACG Raleigh Durham | DealSource and Capital Conference
April 14-15, 2026
This year’s DealSource and Capital Conference included speakers Tom Jalics, who is chief investment officer at Fifth Third Bank, as well as a presentation from GF Data featuring the latest data on middle-market M&A activity.
This event kicks off each year with a one-of-a-kind curling outing which provides attendees to network in a unique format while experiencing the Olympic sport of curling. Beautiful 90 degree April weather added a touch of summer to our outdoor kick off reception.

ACG St. Louis | Corporate Peer Group – 100 Day Plan
April 16, 2026
The ACG St. Louis chapter recently restructured its Corporate Peer Group program and hosted its first event featuring a panel discussion on the 100 Day Plan.
Sponsored by JPMorgan Chase, the revamped model is built on an intentional cadence of quarterly events designed to maximize member value. The curated programming ensures every session addresses the specific challenges currently hitting the corporate desk, utilizing a peer-to-peer problem-solving model within a secure, invitation-only environment.
This inaugural event had record attendance and attracted new, prospective corporate members to ACG St. Louis.
