M&A West

One of the most anticipated dealmaking events of the year, M&A West brought together top middle-market professionals at the Meritage Resort & Spa last May.

The occasion once again proved why it has become a must-attend fixture on the dealmaking calendar, welcoming an audience that included ACG members of 31 different chapters. This year, M&A West facilitated more than 1,300 prescheduled meetings through ACG Access.

Word continues to spread that Napa is the place for dealmaking, with 2026 attendance nearly doubling since the conference relocated there. Being immersed in the heart of wine country only adds to the experience, and ACG San Francisco takes pride in curating some of Napa’s finest wineries to pour for attendees, turning every evening into a memorable blend of business and pleasure.

M&A West also boasts strong dealmaker participation: investment banking firm attendance rose 15% year-over-year, complemented by 50 private equity firms across 400 overall attendees.

Upper Midwest Capital Connection

Hosted by ACG Minnesota, the Upper Midwest Capital Connection offers dealmakers and their partners a dynamic opportunity to meet, learn, and strategize.

This year’s UWCC was held at the Royal Sonesta Hotel in Minneapolis. More than 400 influential M&A professionals and ACG members joined for engaging and interactive panel discussions, networking events, and insightful keynote presentations.

This year saw a few new developments, including an extra half-day of dealmaking in a larger venue to support spontaneous professional and social interactions.

It all came together with three panels (M&A, Private Equity, and the BOLDest Transaction of the Year), 85 deal tables, more than 100 attendees at the Lawn Bowling event sponsored by Ballard Spahr, local artists featured at the opening reception, and a Las Vegas-themed afterparty.

ACG Minnesota would like to extend appreciation to its fantastic partners, Platinum-level sponsor Fredrikson & Byron P.A., and Gold-level sponsors Eide Bailly and AlTi Tiedemann Global.

For seasoned Upper Midwest Capital Connection attendees, one highlight missing this year was its golf event. But rest assured, ACG Minnesota has preserved the occasion, spinning it off as an additional opportunity to connect: the 2026 ACG Minnesota Golf Open, presented by Cozen O’Connor, will be held Sept. 21 at the Minneapolis Golf Club.

DealFest Northeast

The largest and most significant middle-market M&A event in the region, ACG Boston’s DealFest Northeast brought dealmakers and M&A professionals together once again for two days of packed programming.

Held at the Thomas M. Menino Convention & Exhibition Center (MCEC), DealFest Northeast welcomed more than 750 capital providers, deal advisers, intermediaries, strategics, and more. This year, the event added a second day to provide even more time for one-on-one meetings and valuable networking.

DealFest Northeast kicked off with its signature opening reception, followed by a full day of curated content and connection opportunities for efficient, dynamic networking.
