On the Move: June 2026 Hires and Promotions
A look at newly hired or promoted professionals across private equity firms, investment banks, private credit firms, and other middle-market M&A dealmakers and their partners
Revelstoke Capital Partners: Max Delahanty and Wade Lowder
Revelstoke Capital Partners, a private equity firm focused on healthcare services, healthcare technology, and the health and wellness sectors, announced two new hires this month in support of its launch of Revelstoke Frontier. The initiative aims to accelerate the adoption of artificial intelligence across Revelstoke as well as its portfolio companies. The firm named Max Delahanty as its director of AI and data science, as well as Wade Lowder as managing director of technology. Both have joined Revelstoke’s value creation team. Delahanty’s role will focus on identifying and executing AI and automation initiatives; he joins the firm from BCG’s Payor, Provider, and Services practice. Lowder, who joins the firm from InnoVage, will work with portfolio companies to build scalable technology environments, execute M&A integration, and support automation initiatives.

OceanSound Partners: Kenneth Wolff
Ken Wolff has been named as partner and chief legal officer at private equity firm OceanSound Partners this month. OceanSound, which focuses on technology and tech-enabled services businesses within the aerospace, defense, government, and other highly regulated sectors, announced the new hire following the close of its third fund with $3.4 billion in capital commitments. Wolff steps into this role from Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, where he served as partner and co-head of the law firm’s Private Equity Group. At OceanSound, Wolff will provide strategic and legal leadership across the firm’s portfolio companies, transactions, and other governance matters.
Braemont Capital: Daniel Grinnan and Will Olson
Investment firm Braemont Capital announced this month the hiring of Daniel Grinnan and Will Olson. Grinnan joins as managing director, a role in which he will focus on sourcing and executing new investments while supporting growth for existing portfolio companies. He most recently served as a principal at The Riverside Company where he originated, executed, and managed investments. Olson has been hired as vice president of business development, a role in which he will source new investments as well as support strategic initiatives and M&A efforts within the firm’s portfolio, and cultivate the firm’s Entrepreneur & Family Office (EFO) Network. Olson joins from Vixxo Facility Solutions, a Braemont portfolio company.

Equiteq: Ravi Dosanjh
Boutique investment firm Equiteq announced the promotion of Ravi Dosanjh to managing director this month. Dosanjh, who joins the firm’s office in New York, has been with Equiteq for more than 10 years where he’s focused on advising clients across technology services and specialty consulting. In the role of managing director, Dosanjh is expanding his M&A role with the added responsibilities of leading origination and execution across transactions related to technology services and specialty consulting. He will also mentor younger and incoming bankers at the firm and help shape Equiteq’s strategy within the U.S., an announcement said.
Polsinelli: Christian Fabian
Law firm Polsinelli is building out its private equity M&A practice with the hiring of Christian Fabian, the firm said this month. Fabian joins the firm as a shareholder in its Private Equity Mergers & Acquisitions Practice within its Chicago office; he marks the sixth shareholder to join its M&A practice this year. According to Polsinelli’s announcement, Fabian holds more than 20 years of experience in domestic and cross-border transactions. His practice has focused on M&A, private equity investments, recapitalizations, joint ventures, and corporate governance.

Aberdeen Group: Shelley Morrison
Shelley Morrison has been promoted to head of private credit and fund finance at Aberdeen, a wealth and investment firm based in the U.K. In the role, Morrison will lead the firm’s Multi Asset and Alternative Investment Solutions (MAAIS) strategy and oversee private credit operations across Fund Finance, Commercial Real Estate Lending, Infrastructure Debt, and Emerging Market. She holds more than two decades of experience in private credit and structured finance, and has been with Aberdeen’s Fund Finance strategy since 2019.
Littlejohn & Co.: Charles Leung
Private investment firm Littlejohn & Co. has promoted Charles Leung to managing director, according to a recent press release. Leung has been with Littlejohn since 2013, when he joined as an associate. In that time he has supported the firm’s initiatives within the engineering and professional services sectors. He currently serves as a director at three of Littlejohn’s portfolio companies.

Heritage Capital Group: Jamie McCurry
Heritage Capital Group, an investment banking and financial advisory firm focused on the middle market, has hired Jamie McCurry as an industry specialist. McCurry is the former leader of the Georgia Ports Authority where he served for nearly 24 years, most recently in the position of chief administrative officer. In the role of industry specialist McCurry will advise Heritage clients on strategic planning, operational improvement, and M&A opportunities within the transportation, logistics, and infrastructure segments.
