Energy Capital Acquires Energy Solutions. Energy Capital Partners, an investor focused on energy transition infrastructure, has acquired nuclear energy solutions provider Energy Solutions. Energy Capital acquired the company from its previous sponsor, TriArtisan Capital Advisors.

Gamut Capital Acquires Acousti Engineering. Gamut Capital Management, a middle-market private equity firm, has acquired Acousti Engineering Company. The specialty interiors contractor provides ceiling, drywall, and flooring solutions for institutional and commercial customers.

Francisco Partners Takes Blackline Safety Private. Francisco Partners has reached an agreement to acquire Blackline Safety, taking the connected gas detection and lone worker safety solutions provider private. The transaction is valued at about $850 million, according to an announcement.

Northern Shore Acquires Majority Stake in Texas Coffee. Northern Shore Capital, a lower middle-market private equity firm focused on healthcare services and consumer multi-unit businesses, has acquired a majority stake in Texas Coffee Partners. The company is a franchisee of 7 Brew.

Chimney Rock’s Aeromax Acquires The Ely Co. Aeromax Industries, a commercial and military aerospace aftermarket support company, has acquired The Ely Co., a precision aerospace machining company. Aeromax is backed by Chimney Rock Equity Partners.

Heartwood’s VITALSpace Acquires B.I.G. Enterprises. VITALSpace, a modular solutions platform company backed by Heartwood Partners, has acquired B.I.G. Enterprises. The company manufactures custom guard booths and protective enclosures, expanding VITALSpace’s manufacturing capacity.

ATL’s Aero Accessories Acquires NGA, Tri-County. Aero Accessories & Repair, which provides aerospace component MRO services, has acquired New Generation Aerospace and Tri-County Aerospace. Aero Accessories is backed by ATL Partners.

New State’s Harrell-Fish Acquires Ecofriendly Mechanical. Harrell-Fish, a provider of mechanical installation and maintenance services, has acquired Ecofriendly Mechanical, a sustainable and energy-efficiency mechanical solutions provider. Harrell-Fish is a portfolio company of New State Capital Partners in partnership with Amethyst Capital Group.

MPE’s SKB Cases Acquires NANUK Gear. Private equity firm MPE Partners announced this week that its portfolio company, SKB Cases, has acquired NANUK Gear Protection. SKB manufactures specialty protective cases for military and industrial, music and pro AV, and sports end markets. NANUK provides injection molded protective cases.

Agellus Capital’s HighGrove Acquires Synergy Landscapes. HighGrove Partners has expanded its commercial landscaping operations to Florida though its add-on acquisition of Synergy Landscapes, a recent announcement said. HighGrove is a platform backed by Agellus Capital, a middle-market private equity firm focused on essential services businesses.

ArcLight Raises $3.9 Billion. ArcLight Capital Partners, which focuses on infrastructure investments, has closed its ArcLight Infrastructure Partners Fund VIII with $3.9 billion in capital commitments. Fundraising surpassed its initial target of $3 billion.
