Adams Street Exceeds Fundraise Target with Second Private Credit Program
Adams Street Partners, a private markets investment management firm, announced the close of its second Private Credit program (PC II) with more than $2.1 billion in committed capital. Adams Street had initially targeted a $1.5 billion fundraise for the program; pension plans, insurance companies and family offices, as well as existing investors, helped the firm surpass that goal. “The strength of our Private Credit strategy reflects Adams Street’s long relationship with LPs and private equity sponsors,” said Managing Partner and Head of Investments Jeff Diehl in a statement.
Linden Capital’s Specialty Networks Acquires United Rheumatology
Specialty Networks, a platform company of private equity firm Linden Capital Partners and a service provider to a physician member network across a variety of specialties, announced the acquisition of United Rheumatology in a press release. United Rheumatology is a rheumatology group purchasing organization and data and analytics company with 635 active providers in its network. The acquisition sees Specialty Networks adding the rheumatology specialty to its portfolio, which also includes urology and gastroenterology, and will support United Rheumatology’s expansion to add new services to its clients, including pharmacy services, patient identification, engagement technology and more.
Trive Capital Launches Real Estate Private Equity Strategy
Private equity firm Trive Capital is rolling out its real estate strategy, the firm said in an announcement on its website. The debut of Trive Capital Real Estate will target off-the-run acquisitions and development across multifamily and industrial real estate, and is in the process of exploring investment opportunities as it prepares for a formal fundraise. Trive Capital is based in Texas and focuses on middle-market companies across a variety of industries.
