Capstreet’s CBC Acquires Auto Industry Credit Prequalification Solution
Credit Bureau Connection, a portfolio company of Capstreet that provides credit report and compliance solutions, announced its acquisition of CreditDriver Solutions. CreditDriver offers soft credit technology for automotive dealers to authenticate and prequalify their own customers for credit. The investment augments Credit Bureau Connection’s existing presence in the auto dealer space, the press release noted. “Expanding our technology portfolio is a priority for us, and CreditDriver’s state-of-the-art technology creates value drivers throughout the auto sales process and is emblematic of our commitment to innovation,” stated CBC CEO David Carner.
RiverGlade’s Dynamic Access Makes Healthcare Tech Investment
Dynamic Access, a provider of outsourced vascular access services and a portfolio company of private equity firm RiverGlade Capital, announced its investment in Complete Intravenous Access Services (CIAS). The healthcare technology acquisition will see Dynamic take on the clients, nurses and other staff of CIAS. “We operated in adjacent markets and our combination is a natural fit and aligns with our continued expansion toward becoming a national platform for vascular access,” stated Dynamic CEO and president Peter Harris. RiverGlade first acquired Dynamic in 2021.

CPS HVAC Business Royal House Expands in Texas
Royal House Partners, a portfolio company of Toronto-based investment firm CPS Capital, announced its expansion in Texas through the acquisition of Dave’s Heating & Air Conditioning. Royal House is part of the HVAC, plumbing and electrical rollup strategy of CPS and home services professionals group 1801 Holdings. Dave’s marks the groups’ third Texas acquisition in the last year to expand its HVAC operations, Royal House said in the announcement.
