Sun Capital Partners Affiliate Acquires Simply Beautiful Smiles, a Leading Provider of Dental Services to the Mid-Atlantic Region
The Beekman Group recently sold Delaware Valley Management Holdings, also known as Simply Beautiful Smiles, to Sun Capital Partners.
Sun Capital Partners purchased Delaware Valley Management Holdings, Inc., a regional dental group in New Jersey and Pennsylvania doing business as Simply Beautiful Smiles, from the Beekman Group.
BOCA RATON, Fla.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Sun Capital Partners, Inc. (“Sun Capital”), a leading private investment firm specializing in leveraged buyouts and investments in market-leading companies, today announced that its affiliate has completed the acquisition of Delaware Valley Management Holdings, Inc., doing business as “Simply Beautiful Smiles,” a leading regional dental service organization headquartered in Langhorne, Pennsylvania. Terms of the private transaction were not disclosed.
Simply Beautiful Smiles operates 20 locations in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, providing high quality general dentistry, hygiene, and specialty services. The practice was founded in 2000 by Dr. Louis D’Angelo, who will remain with the business as CEO.
