BV Investment Partners Announces Sale of Reimagine Holdings
Middle-market investor, BV, has sold its business intelligence company to Dynata.
BOSTON, Feb. 21, 2019 /PRNewswire/ — BV Investment Partners (“BV”), a middle-market private equity firm focused on the business services, software and IT services sectors, today announced the sale of Reimagine Holdings LLC, a global leader in data creation and technology-enabled business intelligence. Reimagine was acquired by Dynata, a global leader in first-party data and data services.
Reimagine Holdings is comprised of several business units, including Critical Mix, a leading provider of online survey and digital data; MarketSight, a cloud-based SaaS data analysis and visualization platform capable of connecting with any data stream; and PopResearch, an automated brand and communications market research platform. The company was founded in 2011 and is based in Westport, CT.
