look no further than ACG University, a seven-week education program hosted by ACG’s
Philadelphia chapter.
In April, 42 junior deal professionals completed the course, which is offered annually
to immerse participants in the various stages of an M&A transaction, including sourcing,
valuing, financing, negotiating, structuring and closing a deal.
