Arcline Takes AstroNova Private. Arcline Investment Management completed its take-private acquisition of AstroNova in an all-cash transaction valued at $29 per share. AstroNova provides mission-critical identification, marking, avionics, and data acquisition solutions serving aerospace, defense, labeling, and packaging markets. AstroNova has ceased trading on the Nasdaq as a result of the transaction.
Mubadala Acquires Majority Stake in Arrive Logistics. Mubadala Capital agreed to acquire a majority equity interest in Arrive Logistics, a technology-enabled freight brokerage and transportation solutions provider. The company plans to use the investment to expand its service offerings, accelerate technology development, and grow its workforce. Existing investors ATL Partners and Lead Edge Capital will retain stakes in Arrive.
FTV Backs Kingsview Partners. FTV Capital has made a growth investment in Kingsview Partners, a national independent RIA and wealth management platform with more than $10 billion in assets under management. Kingsview will use the backing to expand advisor recruitment, enhance technology and operations, and broaden its offerings.
Inspirit Carves out Valiant O&M. Inspirit Equity announced it has acquired Valiant O&M, the operations and maintenance division of Valiant Integrated Defense Services, and launched the standalone business as Vulcan Government Services. The company provides facility operations, maintenance, logistics, and chemical management services for hospitals, laboratories, military installations, and other government facilities.
Yellow Wood Acquires Holistic Health from Nestle. Yellow Wood Partners announced it has agreed to acquire Holistic Health, a global vitamins, minerals, and supplements platform, from Nestle for $1 billion. The deal marks Yellow Wood’s sixth carve-out acquisition. It is expected to close by the first half of 2027, pending regulatory approvals.

KKR’s Industrial Physics Acquires Vitrek. Industrial Physics, a KKR-backed test and measurement platform, acquired Vitrek from Branford Castle Partners. Vitrek designs and manufactures electrical safety testing equipment, power analyzers, engine vibration balancing systems, and precision measurement instruments used in aerospace, defense, semiconductor, medical device, and industrial applications.
Triden- and Bluejay-Backed PCE Acquires INPAX. Priority Courier Experts (PCE), backed by Trident Management and Bluejay Capital, acquired INPAX Shipping Solutions. INPAX provides parcel delivery, e-commerce logistics, brokerage, healthcare logistics, and regional freight transportation services. The acquisition expands PCE’s same-day logistics footprint throughout the Southeast.
Leeds-Backed engage2learn Acquires ICG. Leadership coaching, teacher development, and education software provider engage2learn, backed by Leeds Equity Partners, acquired Instructional Coaching Group (ICG). ICG provides instructional coaching frameworks, professional development services, conferences, and educator resources used by K-12 school districts.
Gemspring Capital-Backed Midland Industries Acquires Pegasus Supply Group. Midland Industries, a portfolio company of Gemspring Capital and a provider of fittings, valves, flow control, hose, and related connection products, acquired Pegasus Supply Group, a provider of industrial and electronic connection products.
Valence Surface Technologies Acquires Cametoid Technologies Inc. Valence, an independent aerospace surface finishing platform majority-owned by ATL Partners and British Columbia Investment Management Corporation, acquired Cametoid Technologies, a provider of ion vapor deposition surface treatment in the North American aerospace and defense markets.
Wynnchurch-Backed Trimlite Acquires KW Building Products. Trimlite, a residential door and door products distributor and a portfolio company of Wynnchurch Capital, acquired KW Building Products, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Clay-Ingels, LLC and a wholesale distributor of residential doors, windows, and related building products.
Exits
Kinderhook Exits Kingwire to OmniCable. OmniCable, owned by family office Dot Family Holdings, and a distributor of wire, cable, fiber, and communications products, has acquired Kingwire from Kinderhook Industries. Kingwire distributes low- and medium-voltage wire and cable serving electrical distributors.
KKR Exits Toorak Capital to Velocity Financial. Real estate finance company Velocity Financial agreed to acquire the operating platform of Toorak Capital, a business-purpose lending and asset management platform backed by KKR. A separate investor will acquire Toorak’s $3 billion loan portfolio, a press release said. Toorak provides residential transition, construction, and rental-property lending products to real estate investors.
New Mountain Capital Exits Lincoln Investment Capital Holdings to the Forst Family and Advisor Shareholders. New Mountain Capital, a growth-oriented investment firm, exits Lincoln Investment Capital Holdings, an independent broker-dealer and registered investment advisor, returning full ownership to the Forst family and advisor shareholders. New Mountain invested in Lincoln Investment in 2020 to support modernizing its operating platform, strengthening its leadership team, and expanding its fee-based business.

BlackSun Private Equity Raises $1 Billion for First Fund. BlackSun Private Equity announced that it has raised $1 billion for its first fund, Mega Fund I, and is targeting $7 billion to buy into the sports sector.
GenNx360 Capital Partners Closes Fourth Flagship Fund at $865 Million. GenNx360 Capital Partners, a private equity fund investing in U.S. lower middle-market industrial services and business services companies, announced the successful closing of its fourth fund with $865 million, exceeding its target.
