Braemon Invests in Thought Logic. Braemont Capital made a strategic investment in Thought Logic, a technology-enabled enterprise consulting firm serving Fortune 1000 clients. The investment will broaden Thought Logic’s capabilities across strategy, operations, technology, data, analytics, and AI, a press release said.
River Associates Acquires Diamond Wipes. River Associates announced this week its acquisition of Diamond Wipes, a contract manufacturer of wet wipes and liquid-fill personal care products. Headquartered in California, Diamond serves brands, retailers, and distributors across personal care, cosmetics, household, disinfecting, and healthcare end markets, and River plans to support growth through operational investments and future add-on acquisitions.
THL Takes Majority Stake in Queue-it. THL Partners has made a majority investment in Queue-it, a provider of online traffic orchestration software. Queue-it helps enterprises and government organizations manage traffic surges, prevent bot abuse, and ensure reliable access to digital services, and the investment will support product development and global expansion.
Compass Invests in Koma Precision. Compass Group Equity Partners has invested in Koma Precision, a provider of precision machine tool accessories, calibration services, engineered manufacturing solutions, and aftermarket support. The company serves manufacturers via its calibration and service platform.
Turnspire Acquires Hulcher. Turnspire Capital Partners has acquired Hulcher Services, a provider of rail infrastructure, maintenance, and field services. Turnspire plans to invest in fleet expansion, grow the company’s infrastructure and maintenance offerings, and strengthen its commercial operations.

Point 41’s Summit Restoration Acquires Capital. Summit Restoration Group, a portfolio company of Point 41 Capital Partners, acquired Capital Construction Services and Capital Fire & Water. The acquisition was announced by Monroe Capital, which supported the transaction. Capital provides mitigation, remediation, emergency response, reconstruction, and restoration services for residential and commercial customers.
GenNx360’s NVI Acquires Barracuda. NVI, a testing, inspection, and integrity services platform backed by GenNx360 Capital Partners, has acquired Barracuda Specialty Services. Barracuda provides inspection, nondestructive testing, and rope-access services throughout the Gulf Coast region. Its acquisition expands NVI’s technical capabilities and regional presence, a press release said.
Ariel Alternatives’ Groome Industrial Acquires JSI. Groome Industrial Service Group has acquired JSI Solutions, a specialty cleaning company that manufactures equipment for cleaning air-cooled condensers and heat exchangers used in power generation and industrial facilities. Groome Industrial Service is backed by Ariel Alternatives.

Minor Food, SPE Split Fried Chicken Brand Bonchon. Minor International subsidiary Minor Food and private equity firm Serruya Private Equity have reached an agreement to split up and acquire assets of Korean fried chicken brand Bonchon. Minor Food will invest $50 million to acquire Bonchon assets outside of the Americas, while SPE will take ownership of the brand in the U.S.
Reese Consumer Health Acquires Australian Dream. Reese Consumer Health, a privately held branded and private label product manufacturer, acquired Australian Dream, a brand specializing in topical pain relief products for arthritis, muscle, and joint discomfort. The acquisition strengthens Reese’s position in over-the-counter pain relief.
MAI Acquires Waypoint Wealth. MAI Capital Management, a registered investment advisor, acquired Waypoint Wealth Counsel, an Atlanta-based RIA managing approximately $490 million in assets under management. Waypoint serves affluent and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, entrepreneurs, business owners, and executives.

Falfurrias Exits Engage fi to Uplift Investors. Middle-market private equity firm Uplift Investors acquired Engage fi from Falfurrias Management Partners, a recent announcement said. Engage fi is a technology consulting and advisory firm that helps banks and credit unions evaluate and implement optimize technology solutions across payments, digital banking, core processing, and communications platforms.
Lone Star Exits Vigor Marine Group to Antin Infrastructure. Paris-based private equity firm Antin Infrastructure Partners has acquired Vigor Marine Group, a shipyard group operating cross five shipbuilding and repair facilities in the U.S. Antin acquired the business from its previous sponsor Lone Star Funds.
Rockbridge Exits CheckedUp to Providence, Varsity Healthcare. Rockbridge Growth Equity agreed to sell CheckedUp to Providence Equity Partners, with Varsity Healthcare Partners joining as a minority investor alongside management. CheckedUp operates a point-of-care education and engagement platform that connects patients, healthcare providers, and life sciences companies through digital media networks in clinical settings.
Apax Exits Oncourse Home to Genstar. Genstar Capital announced it has agreed to acquire Oncourse Home Solutions from Apax Funds. Oncourse provides home infrastructure warranties, offering protection plans covering water, sewer, gas, and electric lines, as well as plumbing systems and household appliances. Apax acquired the business through a carve-out from American Water in 2021.
Fundraising
Broadwing Capital Raises $440 Million. Broadwing Capital closed its oversubscribed inaugural private equity fund, Fund I, with $440 million in capital commitments, it announced this week. The Dallas-based firm invests in lower middle-market manufacturing and services businesses with a buy-and-build investment strategy targeting the sectors.
