VSS Backs Cordoba. VSS Capital Partners completed a growth investment in Cordoba, an engineering, construction, and program management firm serving municipalities, public agencies, and institutional customers. Cordoba provides engineering, environmental, infrastructure, and construction management services to the transportation, energy, water, and education end markets.
Amberjack Carves Out PMV Automation from Flowserve. Amberjack Capital Partners has completed its acquisition of PMV Automation, taking the business unit private from its former parent company Flowserve Corporation. PMV provides control valve positioners, limit switches, and other automation products for various process industries.
Lindsay Goldberg Acquires Alro Steel. Private investment firm Lindsay Goldberg has reached an agreement to acquire a majority stake in Also Steel. The company is a metals and performance plastics distributor, and will retain its brand and team following the investment.
Francisco Partners Acquires Moneris. Francisco Partners has acquired Moneris, a Canadian payment processing and commerce solutions provider, from its bank shareholders. Moneris provides payment acceptance, point-of-sale, and merchant services solutions to businesses across Canada.
Edison Partners Invests $25 Million in ClearJet. ClearJet, a provider of middle-mile air cargo logistics and package delivery services, secured a $25 million growth investment led by Edison Partners. The company operates a “SuperCarrier” network supporting parcel delivery providers and plans to use the capital to expand its network and technology platform.

Nexa’s Facility Grid Adds PingCx, Launches Platform. Facility Grid, a Nexa Equity-backed provider of commissioning and operational readiness software for the construction industry, acquired PingCx. PingCx provides autonomous commissioning software for building automation systems. The acquisition supports Facility Grid’s launch of a unified building lifecycle platform.
Copley Equity’s FMG Acquires BroadBranch. FMG Leading, a healthcare-focused advisory firm backed by Copley Equity Partners, acquired BroadBranch Advisors. BroadBranch provides market intelligence and strategic advisory services, expnading customer insight capabilities within FMG Leading’s platform serving healthcare executives and investors.
Godspeed’s BNP Group Acquires U.S. Cost. BNP Group, an air transportation design and engineering platform backed by Godspeed Capital, acquired U.S. Cost Incorporated. U.S. Cost provides construction estimating, cost management, scheduling, value engineering, and project controls services to government, healthcare, and education customers.
The Riverside Company’s WB Blends Acquires Yellow Emperor. Western Botanicals (WB Blends), a portfolio company of The Riverside Company focused on herbal and wellness products, invested in Yellow Emperor. The add-on expands Western Botanicals’ liquid manufacturing capabilities within the health and wellness market.
Marlin’s Radar Healthcare Acquires Cemplicity. Radar Healthcare, a healthcare quality, risk, and compliance software provider backed by Marlin Equity Partners, acquired Cemplicity, a press release said. Cemplicity, which provides patient insights and real-time feedback for improved patient outcomes, will be merged into Radar.

Greenbelt Capital Exits Saber Power to Veritas. Veritas Capital agreed to acquire Saber Power Services from Greenbelt Capital Management, according to a recent press release. Saber Power provides mission-critical power infrastructure services that helps energy, utility, industrial, and technology customers build and maintain critical electrical systems.
TA Associates Exits Gong cha to Bain Capital. Bain Capital agreed to acquire Gong cha from TA Associates and other shareholders, a press release said. Gong cha is a global tea and bubble tea franchise brand that operates nearly 2,200 stores across 33 countries. Bain plans to support continued international expansion and customer engagement initiatives.
Insignia Exits Tillamook Country Smoker. Insignia Capital Group completed the sale of portfolio company Tillamook Country Smoker to Second Nature Brands, a portfolio company of CapVest Partners. The acquisition of Tillamook, which produces meat snacks, sees Second Nature enter the protein snacks category.
One Rock Exits EnviroServe to Clean Harbors. Publicly listed Clean Harbors, an environmental and industrial services provider, has reached an agreement to acquire EnviroServe, an environmental and waste management services. Clean Harbors is acquiring the business from One Rock Capital Partners for $470 million in an all-cash transaction.
