Sterling Investment Acquires Cyber Advisors. Sterling Investment Partners, a middle-market private equity firm, has acquired Cyber Advisors. The company provides cybersecurity and managed IT services to enterprise customers.

Fort Point Capital Backs Boston Green. Private equity firm Fort Point Capital has completed a recapitalization of Boston Green Company. The company provides environmental services, including hazardous and non-hazardous waste transportation and disposal, as well as industrial cleaning and maintenance. Boston Green services commercial, retail, industrial, and government customers.

Clearlake Capital Group to Acquire Qualus Corporation. Clearlake Capital Group announced it will acquire Qualus Corporation, a pure-play power solutions firm specializing in grid infrastructure transformation, from New Mountain Capital. Qualus provides integrated front-end advisory and planning, engineering, digital solutions, program management, energy efficiency, and specialized field services.

Bow River Capital to Acquire Spur Capital Partners. Bow River Capital, a Denver-based alternative asset manager, has agreed to acquire Spur Capital Partners, a venture capital firm. This deal will expand Bow River Capital’s private equity offerings.

EisnerAmper and TowerBrook Announce Continuation Vehicle Transaction. EisnerAmper and TowerBrook Capital Partners announced the completion of a continuation vehicle transaction. This transaction is intended to enable EisnerAmper to accelerate growth with a focus on talent investment and advancing AI initiatives.

Thompson Street Capital Partners Completes Growth Investment in Karpel. Thompson Street Capital Partners, a private equity firm, announced a growth investment in Karpel Computer Systems, the largest provider of prosecutor case management software for state and local government agencies.

Gryphon’s AirX Acquires Northern Air Systems. AirX Climate Solutions, a specialty HVAC solutions provider, has acquired Northern Air Systems. Northern Air designs and manufactures specialized HVAC systems. AirX is backed by Gryphon Investors, a middle-market private equity firm.

Convergence Networks Acquires Certinet Systems. Convergence Networks, a managed service provider and a portfolio company of Riverside Partners, acquired Certinet Systems, an IT services firm, in a move meant to expand the firm’s Pacific Northwest footprint.

Tandym Group Acquires Intelinotion. Tandym Group, a Mill Rock Capital portfolio company and a leader in specialized solutions for the healthcare, life sciences, technology, and professional services industries, has announced its acquisition of InteliNotion, a software company providing structured content authoring and AI-enabled component content management for highly regulated environments.

Mindjoin Announces Strategic Acquisition of Solteir. Mindjoin, an AI infrastructure firm, will acquire Solteir, an infrastructure company, to expand Mindjoin’s energy and AI infrastructure platform.

Cambridge Innovation Institute to Acquire Neurotech Reports. Cambridge Innovation Institute, a events and publishing leader, announced the acquisition of Neurotech Reports, a neurotechnology publication and conference series. This strategic acquisition expands Cambridge Innovation Institute’s healthcare portfolio.

Dunes Point Capital Targets $1.3 Billion for Fourth Flagship. Dunes Point Capital, a middle-market GP and family office, has begun fundraising for its fourth flagship fund, targeting $1.3 billion—much higher than its previous raise of $800 million.

M&A Value Surges Amid Geopolitical Uncertainty: Goldman Sachs. The co-head of global M&A at Goldman Sachs, Stephan Feldgoise, noted the rising value of M&A activity even as geopolitical uncertainty increases in his remarks at the Corporate Law Institute conference held last week. The conference, held by Tulane University, highlighted the more than $1 trillion worth of deals signed so far this year, with speakers noting that while deal volume has declined, the value of those transactions has climbed.
