People most affected by a problem are in the best position to determine a solution. Grass-roots efforts are an essential component of creating awareness and effecting change.
Grass-roots, constituent-led organizing is one of the most successful methods to create awareness and foster results. This work calls for collective action from the bottom up—challenging the status quo, demanding changes in policy and practice, educating constituencies about root causes and advocating workable solutions. ACG Global is helping to create a network of leaders who are fostering awareness on issues impacting the middle market and M&A communities. See ACG’s 2015 Middle-Market Public Policy Agenda for more information.
